
Nashville’s party vehicle industry is unsafe, overcrowded, and unregulated. Nowhere is that more evident than the party buses, wagons, tractors, hot tubs, and other contraptions that make up transportainment. Priorities
1. The state legislature and Metro Council need to create common sense safety standards for party vehicles.
2. The Nashville Transportation Licensing Commission needs to step up and enforce existing rules that are in place to maintain public safety on Lower Broadway and in our tourism districts.
